I contacted Rainbow Pest after mice chewed up the wiring in one of our cars and built a nest on the engine in the other. Phil M. was our assigned tech, and he did a thorough inspection inside and outside the house and an excellent job with filling in entry points. I had no further issues over the winter.Update: Damian made a return visit in the spring to inspect a couple additional areas once the ground thawed and permanent concrete filling could be applied. He was also very thorough and I'm pleased with the results.

We've been dealing with mice intermittently and attempting to take care of the issues on our own. After a recent event I called Rainbow Pest Experts yesterday (2/27). There was time available for today (2/28). James sent a text to let us know he would be arriving early. He did a wonderful job of explaining the details of the steps available for eliminating the mice, to explain the traps an reassure us our pets would be safe.Found exterior issues and explained what would be done to stop the mice from entering. Thank you, I'm finally feeling positive about a problem solved. This post is from 2024Current update. 4/21/25 Bait traps checked and exterior inspection done by Kenzie. No issues noted except for sit was old in one. Appointment was for 0900 and Kenzie arrived at 9:02. Kenzie did text ETA and arrived in that time frame. Kenzie is professional and pleasant.
