On 1/17, Jerome texted me that he was coming to do the exterior treatment. I didn't see that text, but he left a little note saying he'd been here & completed it. I texted him back to thank him and see if there was anything else I should do. He texted back promptly, & we were done! Completely seamless. I stand by everything I wrote farther down, probably 3 years ago. Jian D. [From 2024:] was communicative through a couple necessary appointment changes. He especially was clear that it's best to keep our beloved 3 pets inside. The following was written previously, and is still true: As always with Rainbow Rainbow Pest Experts, the treatment was thorough, and we do not have bugs coming in the house...even the cold bugs! Thank you, Rainbow! (They have helped me keep my 120-year-old duplex in great shape against ants & mice, which were a year-round problem before I started with them. They've always been courteous and considerate, including through the COVID pandemic, talking with me about how to keep me, the people I share the house with, and their employees safe. I recommend them without reservation! Update: today Mike replaced or filled interior mouse bait, filled cracks in the foundation, and did the exterior spraying, all in less than an hour. And we had a fun conversation, too!)

Rainbow Pest Expert is exactly what the company name implies and well represented by Damian who made a thorough search in my basement as well as the exterior of my home. He found evidence of mice on an interior trap as well as a most likely exterior entry source. He filled it was appropriate materials, and sealed it closed. This is Damien's second visit to my property and, once again, he thoroughly inspected the interior and exterior. He cleared out traps and added a few more. He took his time and explained to me what he found and made suggestions on what I can do to help discourage mice from getting in. I highly recommend this company and Damian who really is an expert technician.

Rudy was very polite and professional. We appreciated that she rang the doorbell, identified herself, let us know why she was here, asked if we have any issues inside. Great job!!!

Phil was able to catch entry points and details we never would have seen! It's so worth hiring a professional vs trying (and failing) with DIY methods. We're looking forward to working with RPE!

Rainbow Pest is excellent! Trevor thoroughly checked our mouse bait boxes inside and our house’s exterior to determine where the mice were entering.

They performed the work I’d requested and then voluntarily spent extra time inspecting the outside of my home (in freezing temperatures) to suggest additional preventative measures I might choose to take when the weather warms up in the spring.

I had Damian out to consult on a mice issue. He was great! Took time to fully walk the property as well as spend extra time in the problem areas that I mentioned. Once his walkthrough was complete he gave me some great and very clear options and I now have a solid idea of how to move forward. Thank you Damian for the great work!!

Thorough and professional.

Tavaras is very thorough. He texted me for the estimated arrival time, and he arrived on time. He did a nice job to check and add bait for all bait stations. He also thoroughly inspected the parameter of my house. After that he gave me a summary and also what to plan for the Spring. He did all these in a cold Minnesota morning. I really appreciate his service.

James did a very thorough inspection and found issues that other companies overlooked. He was very helpful and friendly and offered many good suggestions for ways to solve our problems.

Ben seemed knowledgeable and helpful in educating me and my wife about our mice problem and identifying where they were coming in and placed a number of poison containers in the house in garage, to take care of the critters. Thank you, Ben.

James from Rainbow Pest came over this morning to address the mouse invasion. He asked smart questions about the evidence of mice, and checked all three floors of the house as well as the outer foundation. He even checked the attic! We agreed that bait traps and foundation seal are the most effective combination, and the bait pretty much puts mice into a painless and permanent sleep. It’s never ideal to have mice and James’ professionalism, friendliness and courtesy made this necessary step the best it could be!

I contacted Rainbow Pest after mice chewed up the wiring in one of our cars and built a nest on the engine in the other. Phil M. was our assigned tech, and he did a thorough inspection inside and outside the house and an excellent job with temporarily filling in entry points. He is scheduled to come back in the spring when it's warm enough to do permanent cement filling.

Of course I can't yet judge the effectiveness of his work since he was here just an hour or so ago, but I was impressed with his thoroughness and his skill in communicating to me what the issues were. Many thanks!

The technician arrived within the 1 hour window given to me and performed his duties professionally and efficiently. I appreciate the "on-timeness" of the technician and also the 1 hour versus 1/2-1 full day for arrival which is common in the service industry. This tells me that my time as well as theirs is valued - thank you! I was also told what followup will be done on the exterior of the house in the spring that is not possible to do in winter. Very pleased with Rainbow's service, as always!

James performed an inspection for entry points around the entire perimeter of the house and suggested areas that needed to be sealed. He explained the services and costs to be performed and did not pressure me to buy certain services.
