Great service from Rainbow Pest! Our technician is professional, friendly and provides excellent service. We have continually experienced success in removing unwanted pests when the situation arises (hornest's nest) and enjoy peace of mind knowing our regular service minimalizes those situations through regular treatments.

Steve was friendly and thorough. He did a good job inspecting property for entry points/issues around the entire exterior (despite the “not so nice” weather) He checked all interior bait traps and filled as needed (relocated one to a better area). I always appreciate the responsiveness of the team and great attitudes!

I contacted rainbow pest experts to review work suggested by another pest control company.James did a thorough inspection of the property and home. He checked the work suggested by the other company and verified it was extremely unnecessary. Post-examination of the property he pitched a couple ideas and services we could learn more about, but didn't push them on us. I'm not going to pursue their services at the moment, but they'll be our first call if we have pest problems in the future.Very professional, highly recommended.

James K was out for our season assessment on a -2 degree day in January. He was attentive, thorough, answered all my questions, and was able to find two smaller gaps that had not been seen or patched since we had our siding project completed last year. A+ visit and effort.

On 1/17, Jerome texted me that he was coming to do the exterior treatment. I didn't see that text, but he left a little note saying he'd been here & completed it. I texted him back to thank him and see if there was anything else I should do. He texted back promptly, & we were done! Completely seamless. I stand by everything I wrote farther down, probably 3 years ago. Jian D. [From 2024:] was communicative through a couple necessary appointment changes. He especially was clear that it's best to keep our beloved 3 pets inside. The following was written previously, and is still true: As always with Rainbow Rainbow Pest Experts, the treatment was thorough, and we do not have bugs coming in the house...even the cold bugs! Thank you, Rainbow! (They have helped me keep my 120-year-old duplex in great shape against ants & mice, which were a year-round problem before I started with them. They've always been courteous and considerate, including through the COVID pandemic, talking with me about how to keep me, the people I share the house with, and their employees safe. I recommend them without reservation! Update: today Mike replaced or filled interior mouse bait, filled cracks in the foundation, and did the exterior spraying, all in less than an hour. And we had a fun conversation, too!)
