Phil was pleasant and very easy to work with as he patiently answered many questions I had about how the contract worked. He did a thorough inspection of my house inside and out, and explained things to me that I wasn’t aware of. I’m learned the best solutions for the few risky areas that he identified. I think he did a great job and certainly allayed many of my fears about how the problems could be dealt with. I would highly recommend him.

We’ve used Rainbow Pest Services for a couple of years now and they are excellent. Great at communicating when they’ll be out ahead of time and on the day of service. The staff is always friendly and respectful of our property. They were able to help control our ant and wasp issues near entrances to the house so that we no longer have problems with them coming into the house.

Excellent service and high quality staff

Rainbow Home Services never disappoint. Juan was at out home yesterday and brought the standard Rainbow professionalism and competence. He thoroughly inspected our home and sealed any potential problem areas to ensure we remain pest-free!

Sam was thorough and walked me through everything he found. He was really detailed and helped me understand. He was transparent about what they could and could not do and things to consider cost-wise to make an informed decision. He also gave me some free sticky traps to hold me over until my appointment in the hopes I catch a mouse and they could identify the exact type of mouse for better extermination plans. He was really nice as well as his partner. He gave me a lot of advice on just regular tips for prevention, how to adjust my cats and dog to the environment of dead mice/mouse activity, and things to avoid to prevent the spread of the mice (leaving cat food and dog food out, the type of litter not good for keeping mice away, etc). Overall great and honest guy!

gave us an honest assessment of what we need and the reasons we would do more. Didn't try to sell us on extra services unless that was what we wanted. Taught us what to look for if there is a problem.

Trevor arrived promptly, did a good job inspecting property for entry points/issues and then provided thorough and knowledgeable explanations.Took time to inspect everything and repair a couple possible entry points. The overall experience was good and I feel very comfortable and confident using their services!
